1.) Find out the missing pattern.
Ans. :
Solution:
From the figure, it is clear that mathematical sign changed clockwise in the adjacent triangle.
In the first box, plus '+' sign is there. The mathematical operation is done in the first box is subtraction which is opposite to the sign present in that box.
7 - 5 = 2 .
In the third box, division '÷' sign is there . The mathematical operation is done in the third box is multiplication which is opposite to the sign present in that box.
3 × 6 = 18 .
In the fourth box, minus '-' sign is there . The mathematical operation is done in the third box is addition which is opposite to the sign present in that box.
2 + 7 = 9 .
We know that, the signs are present in each box is changing clockwise direction in the adjacent triangle .
Thus, multiplication '×' sign is present in the second box. The mathematical operation is done in the second box is must be division which is opposite to the sign present in that box.
Therefore,
14 ÷ 2 = 7 .
Then, we have to find the arrangement of the numbers.
The number present in the adjacent triangle to the triangle having multiplication '×' sign must be the first number for the mathematical operation of division.
Then, the answer of this mathematical operation should be present in the triangle which is opposite to the triangle having multiplication '×' sign.
Then, the second number is present in the last triangle which is the preceding triangle to the triangle having multiplication '×' sign.
Therefore, the missing pattern is
( Here, the numbers present in blue colour are indicating the count of the triangle and it doesn't have any values regarding this problem. )
